She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Patrick and Orvalla Gladys Mugan (Sampson); her nephew Adam Mugan; her brother-in-law Lynn Spurbeck Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Lynn Wilson Spurbeck Sr. and Betty Evon Spurbeck (Whitmarsh).

She is survived by: her significant other Robert Lee Spurbeck, Sr.; her children, Robert Jr. The of Mason City, Nicole Esquivel (Jason) of Waterloo, IA and Melinda Kibuta (Mark) of Lynnwood, WA; her grandchildren, Lucas, Landon Klang, Kyren Esquivel, Xavier, Leah, Aaron Kibuta, Kadence and Kiersten Spurbeck; her brothers, Mark Mugan (Mary), Ralph Mugan, Allan Mugan, Michael Mugan (Rhonda) and Paul Mugan (Beth); and her sister-in-law Cheryl Herman (Tike). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Memorial may be directed to the family and a charity will be established at a later date.
