We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 81, Dixie Lee Deets of Mason City, Iowa, born in Wells, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Garver and Thora Garver; and her sister Karen Schnoor (Harold) of Wells, MN.. She is survived by: her daughter Dianna Lynn (Marty) of Arizona; her husband Merlin Deets (Buzz); her daughters, Dawn Staley (Bill) of Iowa Falls, Donna Alden (Rick) of Garner, Dollie Dillon (Patrick) of Hampton and Darla Olson (Kris) of Osage; her grandchildren, Casey Staley (Becky Dohlman), Lance Staley (Liz Loots), Daniel Alden (Sarah), Corey Alden (Madison), Nicholas Lowman (Terri), Joshua Lowman (Haley), Andrew Lowman, Zachary Lee, Gabe Lee, Stephanie DiVohl (Bridget), Benjamin Dillon, Katie Dillon, Kully Olson (Cally), Trevor Olson and Matthew Olson; and her siblings-in-law, Lee Beattie (Don), Mary Ann Cullen, Marlin Deets (Sue) and Maurice Deets (Denise).

Due to Covid-19, private family services will be held Friday, January 15 at 1:00 pm at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, IA, with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery in Mason City.
