We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021, at the age of 83, Dionisia Barragan of Mason City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her brother Junior; her husband Jose Barragan, Sr.; her children, Julie Hammen (John), Kathleen Beard (Nichole), Jose Barragan, Arthur Barragan and Vicky Barragan (Bob Hagen); her grandchildren, JoElla Larsen (Steven), John Hammen Jr. (Hannah Lang), Geoffery Thomas (Laura), Jonathan Thomas, Rachel Barragan, Jeremy Barragan, Sawyer Barragan, Kynzi Barragan and Cayd Barragan; her great grandchildren, Charliejane Larsen, Hyde Larsen, Hayze Larsen, Ely Lugar, Lamar Barragan, Landry Thomas, Parks Thomas and Da'Vion Barragan; her siblings, Aurora Lozano, Mary Lopez, Jane Duran (Richard), Virginia Myers (Lyle), Amadita "Ann" Shaffer (Warren Steenhard), Vincent Muinz, Sr. (Kathleen) and Ruben Muniz (Judy); and also, Rita Muniz, Robert Thomas and Suzanne Kottenstette.
Attendants to the Visitation and/or funeral service must wear a mask and practice social distancing guidelines.
Memorials may be made in care of the family.
