He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Joseph Ward and Charity Marie (Farthing); his siblings, Nancy Thompson (Steve), David Ward and Christopher Ward (Barb); his parents-in-law, George and Dorothy Wilson; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Formanek and Janet Arndt (Robert).

He is survived by: his uncle Ed; his wife Nancy Grace Ward (Wilson); his children, Brenda Campbell (Mark), Connie Brown (Darrell) and Daniel Ward; his grandchildren, Derek Brown (Tessa), Craig Brown (Kayla), Grace Campbell, David Campbell, Danielle Ward, Levi "Jack" Ward, Zach and Samantha Palmer; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Dax, Harper, Warren, Ace and Khari Brown; his siblings, Richard Ward (Bernadette), Lester "Pete" Ward (Lora), Opal Brass (Don) and Timothy Ward (Shirley); and his parents-in-law, Linda Wilson, Beth Milbrandt (Dennis) and Allan Formanek (Patty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Those in attendance are asked to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing.

Dennis was born June 28, 1941 to Harvey Joseph Ward and Charity Marie (Farthing).
