He is survived by: his wife Vicki Funk; his daughter Mandy Adams (Travis); his grandchildren, Sierra Usher (Dylan), McKenzie Herzberg, Logan Adams (Seirra) and Christopher Adams; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Bryson and Zavier; and his sister Linda Smith (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
