He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kisilewski and Betty Kisilewski (Hendrickson) of Chippewa Falls, WI.; and his stepfather Glenn Olson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cruden; his daughters, Jennifer Jauquet (Ben) and Jessica Hait (Brian); his grandchildren, Ethan, Mara and Henry Jauquet; his siblings, Greg Kisilewski (Mary), Debbie Holmes (Dan) and Susan Bauman (Taylor); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Partridge (Tom) and Mike Cruden (Nora).
In lieu of customary remembrances, donations may be made in Dave's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
