He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrle Shreve and Dorothea Shreve (Jenney); his brother James Patrick Shreve (Pat); and his former wife Joan Shreve. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith; his daughters, Candee Schamber (Loyd) and Carol Frerichs (Brad); and his grandson Chance Frerichs.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Major Erickson Funeral Home (111 N Pennsylvania Ave, Mason City, IA 50401).
Memorials may be sent as donations to the Humane Society of North Iowa.
