She is survived by: her former husband Steve Hartema; her daughter Amelia "Amy" Hartema (Greg Hill) of Mason City; her grandchildren, Tyler Hartema (Elemae Pierce) and Kaylee Hill (Joshua Wixom); her stepdaughters, Mindy Crum (Bruce), Julie Sankey, Shelly Bruce (Doug Melon) and Lisa Brinson; and her siblings, Larry Harms (Maxine), Harry Harms (Barb), Ronnie Harms (Nancy), Jerry Harms (Marlene) and Gary Harms. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
