Claude L. Funk Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claude L. Funk of Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on March 8, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marcia Merriss; his sons-in-law, Matt and Josh; his daughter Michelle Verdon (Matthew); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Makenna and Mya; his daughter Kelly Kratz (Joshua); his grandchildren, Caden and Sammy; his daughters, Julie Edwards and Brenda Todd; his siblings, Delores Van Horn and John Funk (Sandy); his brother-in-law Kenneth Merriss; his parents, Iona "Suzie" Johnson and Phillip Funk; and also, Kenneth and Mae Merriss. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
