He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Carlyle and Anna Carlyle. He is survived by: his children, James Carlyle (Tanya) of Mason City, IA and Andrea Lipscomb of Wichita; and his siblings, Julie Heath of Wichita, Angela Martin of Houston, TX, Daniel Carlyle of Goddard, KS and Mark Carlyle of Wichita. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
