He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lang and Helen Lang (Harms) of Shenandoah, IA.; his wife Mary Ewald; and his sister Peggy Ballantyne. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Lang, Deborah Kranz (David), Steven Lang (Christina) and John Lang (Jennifer); his grandchildren, David, Sarah, Jamie, Katie, Amy, Meredith, Matthew and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Clare, Lucas and Alivia; and his sister Diana Hosek (Gene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
