We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2021, at the age of 88, Carolyn Konigsmark of Mason City, Iowa, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry G. Schwegler and Janet Schwegler (Grimes); her husband Herb; her sisters, Marianne "Mim" Hansen and Judy Day; and her mother-in-law Agnes Konigsmark.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Baumgartner (Larry) of Manchester, Ken of Issaquah, WA, Kathy Nelson of Denison, Keith of Cedar Falls and Kirk (Julie) of Houston, TX; her granddaughter Amy Johnson (Cory) of Adel; her children, Angie Rongitsch (Tyler) of Edina, MN, Adam Baumgartner (Shaylene) of Omaha, NE, Kyle Konigsmark of Cedar Falls and Kaylene Konigsmark of Des Moines; and her great grandchildren, Aleah, Ethan, Ava Johnson, Everett Rongitsch, Tamson Baumgartner and Dalles Johnson (Kristen).
Due to COVID-19, private family services will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery.
