It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole A. Pinneke of Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Annette Potter (Charles T. Pinneke); her sons, Kenton and William; her father Arthur Phillip Monahan; her granddaughter Brooke; and her siblings, John Robert, Joan Gloria (Stratford), Phillip Arthur and Dean Richard.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Pinneke (Tom); her children, Molly Walgren of Cedar Falls, IA, Annette Marshall (Mason City), Gary Ewing (Mason City), Kathy Wentworth of St. Louis, MO, Kim of Marion, IA and Mick of Cumming, GA; and her grandchildren, Carole, Derek, Chad, Staci, Danielle, Kelly, Eric, Katie, Brittany, Bill, Amy, Carrie, Connor, Carlisle and Tyler.

“Our thoughts & prayers are with all of Carole’s family. We will always remember the visits with her at the nursing home, when we would take her a piece of her favorite lemon pie & Diet Coke. She was truly a “special lady”. Wish we could have been there, to pay our final respects, but we are grateful that we were able to see her, just a few wks. ago, before we left for Az., as we knew it was most likely, our final visit with here. For that we will always be grateful.”
