He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Mulkey and Effie E. Mulkey (McBride); his stepfather Frank W. Bieser; and his stepbrother Albert Bieser. He is survived by: his former spouses, Frank W. Bieser and Phyllis Deal; his wife Judith Mulkey (Chiri); his sons, Kent (Christine), Mark (Judy) and Darren (Kathie); his grandchildren, Matthew (Andrea), Jessica, Tyler, Brett (Alexis), Ryan, Dan, Kimi, Corrinne and Brayden; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Isabelle; and his stepsisters, Shirley Higgins and Marilyn Bolchunos.
