She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin and Julia Cook (Agerson); her husband Harold Ackart; her siblings, Virgil, James "Perk" Cook, George "Judd" Cook, Dan Cook, Gerald Cook, Iona Waters, Lorraine Moffatt and Beverly Anderson; and her grandson Corey Ackart.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Garrison (Randy) of Lafayette, LA, Dan Ackart (Kim) of Lake Viking, MO and Penny Booth (John) of Omaha, NE; and her brother Larry Cook of Council Bluffs, IA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home.
