She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lewis and Arloene Lewis (Clauson); her husband Calvin Lubben; her daughter Dawn Lubben; her brother Roger; and her close friend Lyla Van Horn.
She is survived by: her son Chad Lubben (Kristin); her grandchildren, Colet, Norah, Parker and Cort Lubben of Minneapolis, MN; her brother Riley Lewis (Kris) of Forest City; her sister-in-law Dorothy Matson of Mason City; and her close friends, Ruth Gordan, Nancy Raymond, Jeanne Schali, Myron Van Horn and Lorraine Bohn. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
