He was predeceased by: his pet Oliver. He is survived by: his parents, Tammy Kacer of Mason City and Eric Kacer; his siblings, Aaron (Whitney Blakemore) of Phoenix and Abby of Mason City; and his grandparents, C. LaVonne Kacer of Clear Lake, Donald Kacer (Sharon) of Clive, Roger and Shirley Regel of Charles City. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and close family friends.
Memorials may be directed to Andrew's family, who plan to make a donation to his fellow.
