With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amy Lou Mahoney of Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Syneva Elthon and Leo Elthon; her siblings, Dorothy Davis, Ivene Nelson, Sylvia Lemon, David Elthon and Allen Elthon; and her son-in-law Michael Lusardi.
She is survived by: her husband Wendell Mahoney; her children, Debbie Lusardi (Michael) of Lee's Summit and Dr. Mark Mahoney (Wendy) of Mason City, Iowa.; and her great grandchildren, Boyce, Mikelyn, Beckham Merryman and James Mahoney.
