She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank M. Kollasch and Genevieve Kollasch (Eisele); her husband Mike Lloyd; her sons, Gary and Jay Lloyd; and her brothers, Raymond and Lloyd Kollasch.
She is survived by: her sons, James Lloyd (Audrey) of Onalaska, WI and Michael "Mick" Lloyd; her daughter-in-law Sylvia Lloyd; and her grandchildren, Dan Lloyd (Kim), Alanna Davison (Jordan), Carrie Lloyd, Dr. Amy Lloyd and Kelly Lloyd. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, many cousins and extended family and friends.
