He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye and Marion. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Brandon Davis (Jenna) of Iowa City, Kalli Smith (Mike) of Solon and Emily Davis (Jesse Sauerbrei) of Cedar Rapids; his sisters, Kim (Stan Thornberry) of Cedar Rapids, Kippen Lilly of Cedar Rapids and Redlen Coontz of Cedar Rapids; and his friend Martelle. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
