He is survived by: his wife Denise E. Andrews (Bailey); his children, Shawn Andrews, Tanya Fralin, Stephanie Andrews, Diana West (John) and DaJeane Oden (Marcel); his grandchildren, Andrea, Joe Jr., Willie, Brandon, Marcus, Albre'a, Alrenae, Xavier, Jaydon, Jordan, Reonna, Dani and Niah; his siblings, Jearline Davis (Robert), Jessie Andrews Jr. (Peggy), Joseph Andrews, Linda Andrews, Blanchie McGaughy (Dwight), Daniel Andrews, Carol Dunning, Patricia Anthony, Dorothy Murphy (Virgil) and Gail Andrews; and his brother-in-law Charles White. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
