He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Green and Clarice Green (Crumpler); his stepmother Neva Green; his son Dustin "Dusty" Green; his sister Liz Smuck; and his stepbrothers, John and Fred Duff.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Green (Lyle); his son Daniel Green of Portland, Oregon; and his siblings, Donna Green, Deloris "Tootie" Cauvel, Elaine Pieper, Bob Duff and Jim Duff (Lee).
