He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence "Larry" Ballalatak. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Ballalatak (Christy); his children, Madeline Ballalatak, Josepha Ballalatak and Laynie Grulkey; his brothers, Tom Ballalatak (Anne) and Don Ballalatak (Sage); and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn Klingbeil, Jack, Grace, Isabelle, Lucy, Joseph, Ruby, Jesse, Jon, Abby and Maggie Ballalatak.
