He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hatch and Wilma Hatch (Drury). He is survived by: his wife Janet Moore; his children, Jean Hatch, Roger Hatch (Melanie) of Marshalltown, Robin McElroy (Ron) of New Providence and James Hatch (Karen) of State Center; his siblings, Laverale (Jack) of Pontiac, MI, Cleone "Toni" of Marion and Karen Harms of Scott City, KS; his brothers-in-law, Robert Moore (Linda) of Marshalltown and Ron Moore of Marshalltown; his brother Gordon; his brothers-in-law, Buster Harms, Dale Moore and Max Larson; and his nephews, Jeff Moore, Danny Larson and Kenny Hatch. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
