She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Praska and Gertrude Praska (Kubik); her husband Kenneth Karns; her children, Kelly and Kent (Sherry); her granddaughter Ashley; and her sister Marie Simbides (Fred).
She is survived by: her children, Shelly Lynk (Kevin) of Marshalltown and Kip Karns (Sarah) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Shaybree, Nicole, Sidney, Heather and Kameron; and her brother Ray Praska (Linda) of Albion. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
