She is survived by: her children, Tammy Smith of Pleasant Hill and Tony Hoyla of Indianola, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Holly, Marissa, Jared, Trevor, Tyler and Hailey; her great grandchild Isaiah; and her siblings, Stan, Steve, Chuck, Joe and Patty.
