Robert Streeter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Streeter of Marshalltown, Iowa, born in Clay Center, Kansas, who passed away on August 12, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Robert farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Streeter and May Streeter (Nemnich); his brother William Streeter; and his brother-in-law James Pokorney. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Kasper (Ed) of Roland, Kevin Streeter of Roland and Shawna Groshong of Marshalltown, Iowa; and his sisters, Dorothy Pokorney of Kansas and Rita Acker (Corky) of Kansas. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bob's name may be directed to the Elks National Foundation.
