He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles K. Dunham and Lela Belle Dunham (Shiflett); and his siblings, William, Jerry, Ronald, David and Delores.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Manshack; his sister Judy Maxwell (Jon "Steve") of Kansas City; and his siblings-in-law, Clair Elsberry, Sue Dunham-Osman, Gale Dunham, Marilyn Dunham and Phyllis Dunham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
