He is survived by: his wife Joyce Powell (Lego); his children, David Powell (Hilary) of Marshalltown, Iowa, Linda Wice (Mike) of Oviedo, Florida, Sherry Powell (Pedro Pascual) of Winsted, Connecticut, Kelly Powell of Manassas Park, Virginia and John Powell of Marysville, Washington; his brother Jack Powell (Sue); and his sister-in-law Colleen Powell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
