He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Flathers (Stallwood); his grandparents, Vern, Virginia Stallwood, Les and Dolly Flathers; and his uncles, Junie, Calvin Harvey, Larry Stallwood, Robert and Don Flathers.
He is survived by: his father Richard Flathers (Yorie) of Tokyo, Japan; his sister Amy McGraw (Ryan) of Bondurant, IA; his nephew Mason Frost; his niece Melody McGraw of Bondurant, IA; and his children, Taylor, Skylor and Kaylee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
