She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Brindle of Conrad, IA., Jill Muller of Fort Worth, TX. and Vona Muller of Harrison, AR.; her sister Peggy Lamb (Kenny) of Marshalltown; and her sister-in-law Erika Miller of Story City, IA.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phyllis name may be made to Iowa River Hospice or Bethel Grove Cemetery.
