He is survived by: his friend Debbie Nichols; his brothers, Steven Swartz (Linda) of Marshalltown and James Swartz of Waterloo; his grandson Tanner Anthony; his great grandchild William Anthony; his son Scott Swartz; his sister-in-law Wanthana Swartz of Oregon; his nieces and nephews, Jonie, Aaron, Mike and Ryan; and also Matt.
