He is survived by: his children, Steve Carter (Judy) of Idaho Falls, ID, Rick Carter (Margaret) of Ames, IA and Linda Carter of Appleton, MN; his grandchildren, Erin Wight (Chris) of Idaho Falls, ID, Bryan Davis of St. Cloud, MN, Lisa Petersen (Jacob) of Idaho Falls, ID, Mark Davis of St. Cloud, MN, Matthew Carter of Western Springs and Nate Carter of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Ardyce (Huber) and Jerry Carter of Waterloo, IA.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
