Marlys Ankrum Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2023, at the age of 92, Marlys Ankrum of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marlys Ankrum to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Ross Ankrum; her parents, Harry Guy and Ruby Murphy; and her brothers, Charles and Keith Murphy.

She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Ankrum (Katherine) of Marshalltown and Martin Ankrum (Julie) of Greensburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Michelle Ankrum and Hadley Ankrum. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials in Marlys' name may be directed to the Iowa River Hospice Home.
