He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Schnathorst and Luella Schnathorst of Laurel. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill and Jolene; and his former spouse Raelene Schnathorst (Nicholl).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158).
