With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lois Luaine Brown of Marshalltown, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Olia Rayford Whittle and Frances "Fanny" Jane Luttrell; and her siblings, Hazel Irene Thomas (Ralf), Verner Talbert Whittle (Annette), Farris Earl Whittle (Donna), Gail Harding Whittle (Shirley), Harold Eugene Whittle (Beryl), Granville Junior Whittle (Del), James Lee Whittle (Ruby) and Nina Marie Jacobs (Sonny).
She is survived by: her children, Diana Lynne Spick (Jerry), Sharon Elaine Swope (Sonny Ball), James Brian Swope (Jody Brintnall) and Michael Blaine (Margie); and her sister-in-law Delores Whittle. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Congregational Church (312 W Main St, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
