She was predeceased by: her parents, Olia Rayford Whittle and Frances "Fanny" Jane Luttrell; her granddaughter Deja; and her siblings, Hazel Irene Thomas (Ralf), Verner Talbert Whittle (Annette), Farris Earl Whittle (Donna), Gail Harding Whittle (Shirley), Harold Eugene Whittle (Beryl), Granville Junior Whittle (Del), James Lee Whittle (Ruby) and Nina Marie Jacobs (Sonny).
She is survived by: her children, Diana Lynne Spick (Jerry), Sharon Elaine Swope (Sonny Ball), James Brian Swope (Jody Brintnall) and Michael Blaine (Margie); and her sister-in-law Delores Whittle. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
