With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry D. Park of Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on December 10, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Larry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Larry's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Park and Leona "Eva" Park (Buss); his wife Nancy Horak; his son Jeremy (Carol Park); his stepdaughter Kim Younge; his grandchildren, Chandler Holsapple and Zach Gile; and his great grandchild Londyn Reign.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158).
