He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard and Doris Davis; his great-grandparents, John and Mary Toyne; his aunt Janine; and his father-in-law Jerry Rabey.
He is survived by: his parents, James D. Toyne and Kayla Toyne (Davis); his wife Megan Toyne; his sons, Braxton and Trennen; his brothers, John Toyne (Rachel), Jesse Toyne (Danielle), Christopher Toyne (Kreslyn) and Justin Toyne (Nicholle); his parent-in-law Je Muhlenburch (Steve); his grandparents, John and Jean Toyne; and his brothers, Dillon Muhlenbruch (Kristen), Abby Muhlenbruch and Jack Rabey. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
