He is survived by: his mother Wilma Lee (Blevins); his wife Brenda; his stepson Justin Holger Lindholm (Jennifer); his stepgrandchildren, Nash and Hayes of Kansas City, MO; his stepchild Anika Heather Koch (Kurt); his stepgrandchildren, Emmett and Ingrid of Arnold, MO; his stepson William Cavan Lindholm (Morwyn) of Leavenworth, KS.; and his sisters, JennyAnn Garner (Jerry) and Lisa Lynn Lee.
