She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Eichorn and Golda Eichorn (Long); her husband Lee Garrett; her son Mark; and her siblings-in-law, Howard, Jerry and Patricia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Bacon of Marshalltown and Linda Kuhl (David) of Beaman, IA; her grandchildren, Amanda Tuttle of Girdwood, AK, Travis Storjohann (April) of Albion, IA, Susie Fiscus (Bryan) of Marion, IA, Thomas Kuhl (Olivia) of Gladbrook, IA and Benjamin Kuhl (Lindsay) of Conrad, IA; her great grandchildren, Parker, Mason Fiscus and Lennon Kuhl; her sister Joanne Steinberg; her sister-in-law Barb Garrett; her pet Casper; her niece Jerri; and her nephew Warren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established by the family.
