He is survived by: his children, James Bullis (Amy), Alex Maddox and Cassandra Bullis (Nathan Johnson); his stepchildren, Josh Tipton and Alicia Tipton; his grandchildren, Gabe Bullis, Milia Bullis, Zahria Maddox, Kaden Johnson and Keaten Johnson; and his sister Donna Wernick.
