He was predeceased by: his father Tom Webb. He is survived by: his wife Carol Webb (Hepker); his daughter Matilda Webb; his mother Donna Webb; and his brother James Webb of Minneapolis, MN. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to the Louisa-Muscatine School District Art Program (14354 170th St, Letts, IA 52754).
