He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Otto" Green and Berchie "Maude" Green (Bunch); and his parents-in-law, Esther and Clarence Helfer. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Helfer; his son Kevin Green (Andrea); his grandsons, Austin, Jackson, Carson and Lucas; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Helfer (Nancy) of Wisconsin and John Helfer (Patti) of Ames. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
