He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Jean Carmer; and his siblings, Brenda Carmer, Mary Kibbee, Jack Carmer, Nancy Carmer and Warren Carmer.
He is survived by: his father Earl Warren Carmer; and his siblings, Bonnie Bunting, Sheri Kibbee and Rick Carmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
