She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Hayes (Bierman); her son-in-law Jeff Hayes; her grandson Jacob Hayes; her siblings, Gerry Hartman (Marlys) of Ames, Iowa, David Hartman (Mary) of Springfield Mo and Marilyn Hunt of Hampton Iowa; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Hartman of Sheffield and Lorriane Kalkwarf of Aplington Iowa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
