Darrell Baker Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Baker and Fern Baker (Long); his wife Candy Baker; his son Wade Baker; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Jerry Brown; and his granddaughter Karleigh Hobart.

He is survived by: his daughter Laura Thomas (Chip) of Marshalltown; his grandchildren, Dana Baker (Matt Smith) of Marion, IA, Kayla Lytle (Adam) of Madrid, Seton Vest (Makayla) of Tama, Richie Thomas (Cassandra) of Marshalltown, Mason of North Carolina, Nicholas of North Carolina, Jackson of North Carolina and Jakobi Baker of North Carolina; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Meredith, Theo, Ila, Leilani, Aaliyah, Nova and Marley; his sisters-in-law, Linda Baker of California, Cristie Brown (Phillip Loersch) of Arizona and Jenny Brown of Marshalltown; and his daughter-in-law Diane Hobart (Kiwanis). He is also survived by family and many other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Darrell's name will be directed to his family for a memorial bench to be placed at a later date.
