He is survived by: his children, Steve (Beth) and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Tori), Olivia (Donavan), Maggie (Aaron), Rachel (Deepro), Seth (Skye), Austin (Faith) and Julian (Madeline); and his siblings, Robert Moore (Linda), Janet Hatch (Butch) and Ron Moore. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dale's honor to Jonathan's House International and 2nd Chance Thrift Store, supporting the orphanage and medical clinic in Sierra Leone, Africa.
