He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fricke (Vileta); his son David Hicks (Alyson); his stepsons, Michael Fricke (Laura) of Marshalltown, Morris Fricke (Cindy) of Gilman, Mitchell Fricke (Deedee) of Lake Worth and Matthew Fricke (Lyna) of Marshalltown; his children, April Long of Marshalltown and Jon Hicks of Colorado Springs; and his brother Richard Hicks (Judy) of Mesa. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
