It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Lou Watson of Marshalltown, Iowa, born in Conrad, Iowa, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, C. E. Hughes and Clara Belle Hughes (Schrafel); her husband Roy E. Watson Jr.; her son David Allen Watson; and her brothers, Charles and Ed Hughes.
She is survived by: her son Michael Watson (Pam); and her siblings, Shirley Warnell and Margie McBride. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
