She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry "Hank" Perkins and Annabel Perkins (Armstrong); her significant other Kenneth "Skip" Bortell Jr.; her children, Crystal Anderson (Ryan), Jessica Chizek (Jason), Desiree Wilder (DJ), Travis Bortell and Lacey Bortell (Johnny); her grandchildren, Samantha Eichhorn (Alex), Darrin Anderson, Logan Anderson (Alyssa), Kamrin Chizek, Kenzee Charlier (Quinton), Qwinton Wilder, Andru Wilder, Izabela Bortell, Korbin Perry, Ozzy Smith and Tiffany Smith; her great grandchildren, Liam, Emilia, Levi Eichhorn and Beckham Charlier; her siblings, Ethel "Marie" Spencer, Ramona "Terry" Albertson, Dan Perkins, Rosie Fricke (Steve), Mara Navis, Judy Perkins, Nick Perkins (Connie) and Jeff Perkins (Sue); her nieces, April Perkins and Chrissy Fricke; her aunt Margaret Wagner; and her brother-in-law Greg Navis. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Animal Rescue League.
